Continental Breakfast : An assortment of freshly baked muffins, danishes, croissants, scones, turnovers and bagels. Served with sweet butter, preserves and cream cheese.
Bagel Platter : Delicious assortment of bagels, garnished with fresh fruit, served with cream cheese, butter and fruit preserves.
Healthy Breakfast : Your choice of one of the following:
- Cottage cheese surrounded with fresh sliced cantaloupe.
- Yogurt Parfait-low fat yogurt layered with granola, honey and garnished with fresh berries.
- Oatmeal-served with brown sugar, raisins, and sliced banana with fresh squeezed orange juice.
Hot Breakfast : Fresh Scrambled or Fried Eggs with the choice of 2 toppings(cheese, spinach, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and tomato)
The choice of one item from A, B, and C
A-Ham, *Bacon, *Sausage Links, or *Sausage Patties
B-Home Fries, Hominy Grits, Pancakes or French Toast
C- Mini Rolls, English Muffins, Country Biscuits
Served with butter and preserves.
Choice of Coffee or Tea or Fresh Orange Juice.

Breakfast Beverages: Colombian Roast Coffee Service (serves 10-12 people).
Choice of Regular, Decaffeinated, French Vanilla, Hazelnut, or Chocolate Hazelnut (other flavored coffees are available upon request).
Tea Service: A variety of black and herbal teas to satisfy every palate.Coffee and Tea served with lemon, cream and sweetener (serves 10-12 people)
Fresh Fruit Juice: Orange, Apple, Grapefruit, Tomato, Pineapple, Cranberry
