Terms and Conditions
To ensure availability and delivery times, we encourage you to place your order at least one (1) week in advance. Standard catering service consists of a four hour service period. One hour each for set-up/tear-down and two hours of catering service. Additional hours are available at an additional charge. Menu and prices are subject to change without notices. A minimum guest count applies for some menu items. Final guest count is required 48 hours in advance. All catering proposals and price quotes are valid for 30 days.
Deposits and Payment
All catering orders must be secured with a 50% deposit. Prices do not include sales tax and/or gratuity. Balance is due when services are rendered. We accept cash and personal checks.
There is a $25.00 delivery fee in non- designated areas.
Adrienne's Ultimate Catering Company will schedule a time for our delivery team to retrieve our equipment. Your account will be charged for any items that are lost, stolen, damaged or unreturned.
Catering Cancellation Policy
Due to the time involved in the preparation of catering orders, we ask that you give us 72 hours advance notice if you need to cancel your order. If you cancel the same day, there will be a minimum 50% cancellation fee.
